JCB Projects

As a key member of JCB’s Industrial Design team during the "Nex-Gen" era, I was instrumental in shaping projects from 2D concept sketches to 3D production-ready CAD. A highlight was helping to transform JCB’s Industrial Design Studio—from a cramped, single-box office into a state-of-the-art facility within the Innovation Centre, which aligned design workflows & equipment with automotive OEM standards. Working across JCB’s extensive product range, I developed a deep understanding of manufacturing constraints, enabling me to take projects from initial sketch to production-ready sign-off with confidence. I independently led multiple design programs, collaborating with engineers and suppliers to refine concepts for production, while also mentoring junior designers, leading reviews, and ensuring the highest quality standards in final details. This fast-paced environment sharpened my ability to solve complex design challenges, streamline workflows, and deliver creative yet production-feasible solutions under tight deadlines.
